The following crimes can be reported online. Please choose the type of crime that best describes what has occurred:
- Burglary: Property was stolen from you that was inside a shed, building, or home.
- Vehicle Burglary: Someone entered your vehicle and stole items.
- Theft: Someone stole property of yours that was not inside a home or building.
- Criminal Mischief: Physical property that was intentionally damaged by another person; example: a fence or residence was egged or damaged.
- Criminal Mischief of a Vehicle: Your vehicle was damaged intentionally by a person; example: your vehicle was egged or tires slashed.
- Fraud: Someone used your identity, debit/credit card, bank account, check or credit to obtain goods and services at a location in Spanish Fork City or online.
- Other: Other property crimes that you feel do not match the above listed options.
