Thank you for considering Howard Tax Prep LLC to assist you with your payroll needs. In order to start direct deposit payroll for your employees, each employee must have:
- Valid Identification.
- Federal W4 form.
- State W4 form.
- Completed TYPED direct deposit form.
- Employee information sheet with name, email address, and mailing address.
Date of hire.
- Previous cash payments made. If no cash payments made, this is not necessary.
