Declaration - Important please read

I declare that I give full consent for the piercing mentioned above to be carried out by The Piercing District Ltd

I understand that in the process of carrying out the piercing, by its nature, we will have to make contact with you. We will seek further verbal confirmation prior to the piercing being carried out and you have the right to withdraw your consent at any stage during the process

We request permission to take photos of piercings that we carry out at the end of the appointment; if permission is given you understand that these images may (at the discretion of EThe Piercing District) be used on Social media. In the event that the images are shared on social media, where possible, any identifiable features will be edited out and the image will be cropped and blurred to show only the piercing site.

I am aware that the piercing is carried out in a clean and sterile environment and that the aftercare of my piercing is my responsibility once I leave the studio, following the after instructions I will be given.

I confirm that I am over the age of 16 (18 for Nipples & Genital Piercings) and am not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

If this consent is for a minor, then I confirm that I am over the age of 18 and have parental /Guardian responsibility for the child having the piercing.

Jewellery

All of our piercings are carried out with plain polished Titanium jewellery included in the price. However, all of the attachments that we have on display are made from Titanium and we are able to pierce with them at additional cost as displayed on the stands

We are not big on the 'hard sell' so if there is something that you would like to be pierced with, please just let us klnow and we can check that we have it in stock.
