  • Conference Fees 

     

     

    Regular Conference Fees 

    *NAMA Member -- $320 

    Non-NAMA Member -- $375

     Conference Fee includes Thursday lunch & dinner & Friday lunch & dinner. Breakfast is included with room cost (if staying at conference hotel)

    Spouse or Guest Fees:   Spouses or guests attending with you will need to pay a fee of $175, to cover the conference & meals.

    Accommodations: A limited number of rooms are available at Grand Hotel, Natches, MS. You must make your own lodging reservations. Go to our website -- www.nama-sbc.org -- for all lodging options.

    We strongly encourage you to share rooms with others so we can have as many as possible stay on property. 

    Please note that our banquet is Friday night, so you will want to make plans to stay till April 29. 

  • Refund Policy

    If you find that you must cancel your registration, the following policy will apply:

    Feb. 1, 2023 or before.........50% refund

    Feb. 2, 2023 or after..................no refunds
