This allows me to get to know you and your hair goals so that I can ensure your initial appointment is booked properly. By completing this form, I am submitting an appointment request inquiry. In response, I will receive an email for recommended services and appointment options. Generally, new guests are able to be seen within 3-4 weeks of appointment submission request. I handle all appointments digitally. If you do not see an appointment available please join my waitlist for a possibility of a sooner appointment. The more available you are, the faster you will be able to get in. I understand that we have a 48 hour cancellation policy and if I do cancel my appointment with less than 48 hours notice, I am subject to pay a $25 fee. If I cancel my appointment same day I am subjected to pay for 50% of the appointment cost and will be not be able to book future appointments.
