    ✅ There are no required hours. Tell us if you need to take a break. Take as long as you like. 
    ✅ Document your code. 
    ✅ Embrace code reviews. 

    ✅ Let people know if you are stuck, don't wait around.

    ❌Don't unconstructively criticize other people's hard work.
