We have been making games for 5 years. This concept started 13 months ago and we have 2 major iteration prototypes finished.
Programming
Our best programmer has 20 years experience in development.Most of our 17 daily active devs are programmers. We can accept maybe 3-4 more.
Design
We have had a lot of issues with designers because many people come in as idea people and don't realize that this is a challenging skill, usually only mastered by people who are already programmers in the past.
We are now very happy with our design team but can take maybe 1 more.
Marketing
Our mentors keep telling us, 90% of the challenge is marketing. Most games have almost no players.
Our founder is a marketer. He has seen 200 million impressions a month on Facebook in the past:Seriously, he love the stuff.
If you want to get into marketing and want a world-class mentor, he will be happy to mentor you.

We need help here.
