  • Cancellation and Reschedule Policy

    As a courtesy, Graced Studio kindly asks that you give at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
  • At Graced Studio, we value both your time and our stylist's time. As a courtesy, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedules.

    We do our best to stay on time for each of our guests, so please note that arriving 10 minutes late or more may result in the need to adjust or forfeit your scheduled service.

    If late arrivals, cancellations, or last minute reschedules become habitual (3 or more occurrences), a $30 rebooking fee may be required to secure future appointments, or future appointments may be declined altogether.

    We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps us provide a consistent and respectful experience for every guest at Graced Studio.

  • Redo and Refund Policy

    Redos must be requested within 5 days of the original service date. Graced Studio does not offer refunds for any reason.
  • At Graced Studio, our goal is for every guest to leave feeling beautiful, refreshed, and confident in their hair. We take pride in providing the highest quality services and guarantee our results.

    If you are not completely satisfied with your service, we are happy to offer a complimentary redo appointment. Redos are scheduled just like regular services but are provided at no additional cost. To ensure we can best address your concerns, please contact Graced Studio within 5 days of your original appointment.

    After the 5 day window, any adjustments will be considered a new service and charged accordingly. Please note that any changes made to your hair after leaving Graced Studio (such as additional coloring, cutting, or extension removal, etc.) will forfeit the option for a complimentary redo.

    If redo requests become habitual (3 or more occurrences), Graced Studio may decline future appointments with you to maintain professional standards and to ensure a positive experience for both client and stylist.

    Graced Studio does not offer refunds on any service. This includes hair extension deposits and purchases.
