I understad MACS Friends Animal Rescue Inc charges $300 fee to adopt dogs and $150 to adopt cats. I understand that this includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccines and microchip.*

I understand the MACS Friends Animal Rescue Inc reserves the right to deny my application based on my answers or offer me another animal that better fits my needs.
