• It is the sole responsibility of the client to secure permission of the event venue for Artista Photo Booth to setup and operate the Photo Booth at this
event. The Photo Booth requires access to a 220-volt electrical outlet. The
client is responsible to inform Artista Photo Booth of any restrictions at the
venue that may affect the setup or operation of the Photo Booth and/or Artista
Photo Booth ability to adequately perform their duties. The client understands
that such restrictions may adversely affect the overall experience and/or quality
of photos, and that Artista Photo Booth is not responsible for the consequences
of such restrictions.
• Miscellaneous charges such as permits are at the expense of the Client.
• Client must provide full event details and photos of the celebrant and/or Logo for the design of customized printout and/or customized backdrop and must be emailed to layout@artistaphotobooth.com
• Artista Photo Booth must be provided a space of at least 5x5 meters with a
nearby electrical outlet. Client must provide a rain proof tent (5x5 meters)
in the event if outdoors.
• An air-conditioned location is ideal for proper equipment operation.
• Client must provide meal / crew meal for the staff and/or technician.
• Client acknowledges that they shall be responsible for any damage to Artista
Photo Booth’s Equipment caused by any misuse of the equipment by the Client or its guests (invited or uninvited).
• Client agrees that Artista Photo Booth will not be responsible for any
consequential damages.
• Client acknowledges Artista Photo Booth shall have the right to decline service to client’s guest (invited or uninvited), for misuse, inappropriate photos or unruly behavior.
• Artista Photo Booth will be liable for any mechanical/technical failure that
will occur during the event and will be responsible to return any payment
received.
• Payment Terms:
o Client must add transportation charge if the venue is outside Olongapo
City Proper or SBFZ CBD Area.

* Pampanga: PHP2000
o A deposit of PHP1,000 is required to hold the date and the remaining balance shall be paid prior or during the event. Deposits are non-refundable.
o Down payment can be done thru our office or thru bank BPI Account

o Keep deposit slip for reference, and to be presented to our staff after
the event.
• Artista Photo Booth implements 1 photo print per session. Extra copies will be charged PHP50 for non-magnetic and PHP100 for Magnetic 4x6 Prints.
• Artista Photo Booth reserves all the rights to the photographs captured during the event and may the images for demonstration, publication, advertising, display or any other purposes unless the Client request privacy of their photos. Original media and copyrights remain the exclusive property of Artista Photo Booth by Stardust Events Solutions.
• Any individual aspects or particular requests should be made prior to your
signing this agreement.
• This agreement incorporates the entire understanding of the parties. Any
modifications of this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
