GreyBeards Viking Experience reserves the right to decline or prohibit any vendor from participating in any event.

The vendor agrees to acknowledge and hold harmless GreyBeards Viking Experience, it’s member, officers, directors, and volunteers against any or all damages to property, personal injury, or loss caused by the vendor or his agents,
representatives, volunteers or any other person.

The vendor assumes absolute responsibility and liability for all injury to any persons, property or in any ways connected
with the vendor, his agents, representatives, or volunteers.

Vendor and sponsorship fees are non-refundable but are transferable to anther comparable event.
