All of our puppies are sold as pets/companions only, on a strict NO breeding, spay/neuter contract. The right to ownership of the puppy is conditioned upon the Buyer paying all costs and expenses to spay/neuter the puppy no later than 12 months of age. Buyer must provide written proof (itemized receipt) of spay/neuter from their licensed vet on or before the puppy turns 12 months of age. Breeder will transfer microchip registration upon written proof. (This is also outlined in our legally binding contract.) Do you agree to send proof of spay/neuter by 12 months of age? *
