· All members and guests must come in the East door
· All members and guests must check-in on the sign-in sheet by the door when entering the facility
· All guests are asked to put a donation in the donation box by the sign-in sheet
· No alcohol or tobacco products are allowed in the building
· No glass containers allowed. Food and drink allowed in a responsible manner
· Stealing, vandalism or any criminal act will not be tolerated
· Spirit of the Cats is not responsible for lost, stolen, or items left at the facility
· Fighting or use of profanity will not be tolerated. Violation may result in suspension from the center and/or loss of membership privileges
· Physical or verbal abuse of members, staff, or property may result in expulsion from the center, loss of membership privileges, and/or criminal charges
· No one under the age of 18 allowed to use the facility without adult supervision
· Loitering is not permitted inside the building or outside area
· Members and guests are to be in designated area only: the Gymnasium
· Members and guests are asked to use the restrooms in the East hallway
· The locker rooms will remain locked unless opened for a special event
· All items used (basketballs, volleyballs, volleyball net, etc) must be returned to their proper place when finished
· We ask that all garbage and items be picked up before you leave, help us keep the building clean
Spirit of the Cats reserves the right to refuse membership or terminate membership at its discretion in instances where code of conduct is violated. Any substantial violation of the code is grounds for immediate termination of membership at the sole discretion of Spirit of the Cats Foundation.
