    PICK-UP / DELIVERY

    • We are a home-based business located in SFDM, Quezon City
    • We don’t have our own delivery service at the moment. You may personally pick up your order or book your preferred courier service (Grab/Lalamove)
       

    PAYMENT / CANCELLATION

    • A 50% downpayment is required to secure a slot. The remaining balance must be settled before pick up.
    • Notification of order cancellation must be made 3 days before your pick-up date to get a refund. No refunds will be given for any cancellations made with less than 3 days' notice.         
    • We have the right to cancel orders for any particular reason due to health, family, or situations out of our control. FULL REFUND will be given and a 50% discount on your next order.
