These customizable headstones include a background of your choice, wording and 1 photo. Complete the form below. Complete cemetery info section (if applicable). Once you submit your order, you will receive an invoice with the total of your selection. There is a $100 deposit that must be paid prior to your rendering being created. You will receive a full-color rendering via email for your approval, before your memorial is produced. Once you have approved your memorial design, you will be invoiced for the balance. Once payment is received, items ship within 8-12 weeks for standard sized memorial. For custom designs (slants and bevels) please allow up to 120 days for manufacturing and delivery.

All pricing includes a gray granite base. Other granite base colors are available and are considered "custom" items. We will be more than happy to get you a quote for the granite selection of your choice.

Once your order has been submitted, the designer assigned to you will contact you directly with your invoice. Please understand, a $100 deposit is required to begin the design process. Our memorial design team cannot continuously create renderings for consumers with no intention of making a purchase.

You will receive a full-color rendering of your memorial. Once you approve your memorial, the balance must be paid in full prior to manufacturing and delivery.
