Please complete the membership form below to join the Lafayette Symphony Guild.
Members who renew or join by August 15 will be included in our annual membership directory.

Except for Art League/Guild joint meetings and special events, there is no charge for membership meetings.

Note to “Women of Note” honorees: Please fill out the form, even though you are forever dues-free. If you would like to make a donation to the Guild, it is appreciated.

Rehearsal refreshments: help to provide snacks to musicians during orchestra rehearsal breaks; evenings during the week before LSO Mainstage Concerts Blossom Tickets fundraiser: sell or buy same-as-cash tickets for Bennett's Greenhouse purchases; Spring 2023 Membership Meeting Refreshments: provide refreshments to members for a Guild meeting Hospitality: welcome new members to the Guild Guild public relations/marketing Membership building: help to bring new members to the Guild through outreach Photography: take photos (using your camera phone or other) at Guild events for use in publicity LS Guild Facebook: stay up to date on Guild events; like, share, and comment on Guild and LSO news Special projects and events: to be determined, suggestions welcomed below!
