The Educational Opportunity Center is a federal TRIO program funded by the U.S. Department of Education to assist students with enrolling in higher education and accessing financial aid. The EOC program at ORS is partnering with local schools, government agencies, and community organizations to provide assistance with enrolling in higher education, college, or trade school. Your dependent student applied for the EOC Program to access this assistance. As part of applying for the Educational Opportunity Center Program, any applicant who has been determined to be a dependent student must provide a signed income statement from his/her parent. This is simply part of the reporting requirements in order to provide this free service to the community.
This information will not be shared or disclosed to anyone outside of ORS or the EOC Program.
