POOL KEY REQUEST - NEW OWNER

Replacement keys are $50.00

The pool is for the exclusive use of Vintage Grove HOA residents and their guests. The homeowner(s) who rent their units relinquish their pool rights to the renter and are requested not to use the pool.

Residents will be responsible for all actions and conducts of their guests, and should accompany guests to the pool.

Failure to comply with any of the foregoing rules and regulations may result in the violator being barred from the use of the pool and pool area.

Pool Rules - Vintage Grove

Pool Hours: 9 AM - 8 PM daily. Adults only 6 AM - 9 AM, 8 PM - 9 PM 

1. No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk! Please take proper precautions when using the pool area. 
2. No diving in the pool. 
3. All children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older). No person under the age of 18 may swim alone. 
4. No glass containers or food of any kind is allowed inside the fenced in pool area. 
5. Every person using or leaving the pool must secure the gate at all times. 
6. A member must accompany guests (except houseguests). Up to 2 guests per child per week may be allowed. 
7. Pets shall not be allowed inside the fenced in pool area. 
8. Use the trash bins for refuse. 
9. No running, pushing or causing a disturbance around the pool. 
10. No skateboards, bikes, roller blades, etc. are permitted inside the fenced pool area. 
11. No profanity. 
12. Clean, proper bathing attire must be worn when using the pool. No cut-off type clothing, or tennis attire will be permitted. 
13. All children not toilet trained must wear secure fitting rubber or plastic pants or swim diapers under their swim suits. Diapers may not be worn. 
14. Damage or destruction to the pool or surrounding property is prohibited. Any person causing damage or destruction will be held responsible for the costs of repair. 
15. Water volleyball or similar games requiring maximum use of the pool are allowed only if others are not using the pool. 
16. The Vintage Grove Homeowners Association will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal property of any kind. 
17. Do not remove any of the pool furniture from the pool area. 
18. Periodically, pool maintenance will require that the pool be closed to all swimming for a 24 hour period. Please observe this precaution as chemicals used at such times could be hazardous to your health. Planned pool closings will be communicated through signage. 
19. Pool participation begins for homeowners when closing on a home in Vintage Grove is complete. 

 Disciplinary Actions 

Homeowners assume full responsibility for their children and their guests. 
Repeat violations will result in loss of pool privileges for the entire household for the remainder of the summer.
