    Criteria

    Award is given out by the Middle Tennessee AIA Academy of Architecture for Health (AAH) knowledge community to an individual who exemplifies the following criteria:

    • Architect or previously licensed Architect
    • Champion for the Profession
    • Advocate for the advancement of Healthcare Design
    • Philanthropic Values that benefited society
    • Betterment of the human experience and delivery of care
    • Influential to those both in and out of their firm/office
    • Mentor for the development of Emerging Professionals
    • Leader of the Industry and Community
      Forward-thinking, Visionary and Transformative in Healthcare Design
       

    Please provide the candidate’s full name, years of experience in the design field (specifically those spent in Healthcare design, and the names of the firms the candidate gained experience with.
