HIGHLIGHT ORGANIZATION
Each week the sponsoring organization is given an opportunity to select the HIGHLIGHT ORGANIZATION (a non profit organization in the area) that will receive the bartending tips. This provides sponsors with additional opportunities to support additional organizations, receive additional marketing and bring attention to local organizations.

I, First Name Last Name the below signed individual, am authorized to commit our business Type a label to a Music on Main sponsorship and enter into a contract with the Downtown West Bend Association to cover the cost of the band.

I have read all the above information and will return this agreement with the understanding that once selected as a sponsor we will provide payment within 30 days of receipt to secure our sponsorship.

I further agree to return the volunteer sheet no later than three weeks prior to our event in order to assure we have a successfully staffed evening.

Sponosorship postitions for 2023 Music on Main will begin to fill in December of 2022. Each year the pervious years sponsors will have first right of refusal. All sponsorship agreements must be completed by January 30th of 2023.

New sponsors will be contacted starting Febuary 1st 2023. By filling out this form you indicate your interest in being a 2023 sponsor. New sponsors will be contacted in the order these forms are recieived.
