Residential Lease Agreement: Extension Addendum (Attachment C)

This ADDENDUM is made on between Landlord Crystal M Wyrick for Crystal River Properties LLC and Tenant and understood to being included and recognized as Attachment C to modify the Lease between Landlord and Tenant dated _______as follows:

1. The term of the Lease which is a periodic tenancy that commenced at 4pm on (the original "Move-In Day") will hereby be continued until 12pm on (the new "Move-Out Day").

2. The Rent will not change to the current advertised price. Based on the new Move-Out Day, the partial month Rent due will be $ _________.

3. All other provisions of the Lease and its Addendums remain the same as originally executed.
