NEW CLIENT POLICY — I agree to follow Kylene’s recommended at-home care guidelines to maintain the health of my hair and the longevity of my extensions. I understand that failure to follow these may affect results, and Kylene is not responsible for fading, damage, or lack of longevity resulting from improper care.
CANCELLATION POLICY — Your appointment is reserved especially for you. Reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations incur a 50% fee, and no-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service.
RESCHEDULING POLICY — If you need to reschedule outside the 24-hour cancellation window, I’m happy to accommodate. However, if a single appointment is rescheduled more than three times, a $100 non-refundable deposit will be required to rebook.
LATE POLICY — Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling and a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
EXTENSIONS — All extension services require an in-person consultation to determine the best method, color, and maintenance plan. Pricing includes hair, installation, color, and a custom care package, starting at $1,500–$2,800+.
A non-refundable retainer is due at booking to secure your spot and is applied to your total.
Maintenance is required every 6–8 weeks to preserve longevity, and with proper care, extensions typically last 6–9 months.
Please avoid products that may cause damage or discoloration (such as sunscreen, spray tans, or self-tanners). Kylene is not responsible for damage from improper care, product buildup, or unapproved products. Replacement hair may be required if damage occurs.
