    This program has been provided to health services to provide snacks and meals for staff prioritising those working on night shift and doing double shifts from 1 June 2022 to 31 December 2022. Funding will be provided in two instalments: August 2022 and October 2022. All health services will be required to submit this template to whwb@health.vic.gov.au on the following dates: Monday 19 September 2022 (triggers the second payment) and Monday 9 January 2023 (final report and acquittal).

  • We are interested in understanding the extent to which you have provided snacks and meals for staff (prioritising those working on night shift and doing double shifts) under this program, and how staff have been engaged in the program. For the initiatives you have rolled out, where you have been able to collect outcome measures, please include details of these. Some examples of measures you could report include feedback or survey results from staff about the initiative, or data from a scale.
