Please note - Moon's rate for custom work is $160/hour+tax; and the minimum charge (less than 1 hour) is $150+tax.

Response times usually take 3-5 business days. You will receive a copy of our deposit policy prior to confirming an appointment. **Please read our deposit policy carefully before sending your deposit**

Sending a deposit means you have understood and agreed to the policy and date that has been provided.

Please note - Moon may not be the best artist for every job. They are accepting all projects that suit their style (for examples, please see @moonberry.tattoos on Instagram). In the event that your request does not meet the requirements on this form, you will still receive a follow-up with an appropriate recommendation.
