CASH & PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AT TIME OF MOVE-IN. All rentals require a minimum
of a full month’s rent, plus the entire security deposit (equal to two month’s rent), paid by cashier’s check or
money order in advance of occupancy. DEPOSIT and RENT must be paid in SEPARATE cashier checks or money
orders. Additional $25 monthly per pet rent plus refundable deposits are required when pets are allowed. This
deposit shall be a minimum of $350 per each approved animal. Tenants are responsible for purchasing Renter’s
Insurance and maintaining liability coverage (not to exceed $100,000); ONLY, if household income is equal to or higher than 50% of the median income for the surrounding area, which is determined per the terms of the Oregon Housing Stability
Council governed by the USD of HUD. Any information provided on the application that is falsified may be grounds for termination of the rental agreement.
