  • THIS CONTRACT FOR PET SERVICES (“Contract”) is made by and between   *   *  (“Client”) and ROYALPAWS LLC dba Royal Paws located at 14646 Bennett Road, North Royalton, Ohio 44133 (“Provider”) on

  • 1. Services Provided by the Provider. Provider hereby agrees to provide boarding and other various services as they relate to Client’s pet(s). In consideration for such services, Client agrees to pay Provider based on the services listed below. Before any services can begin Client’s pet(s) are required to have a “meet and greet” with, at minimum, Provider’s dogs. Said “meet and greet” is free. If the “meet and greet” goes well in Provider’s sole discretion, Provider will offer the following services to Client:

    (Each walk, or play time if weather is unsuitable for a walk, will be from 20 to 30 minutes.)


    Daycare                                                                   $28.00 per session      

    Pet boarding                                                           $40.00 per night

    Pet boarding (Additional pet)                                    $30.00 per night

    Pet transportation                                                   $25.00 per ride
    (Total travel time not to exceed 30 minutes)

  • 2. Payment Schedule and Terms. Client agrees to pay Provider for the services Client uses listed in Section 1. Client is responsible for contacting Provider to request when and which services are needed. First time Clients or Clients with a history of late payments must pay 1⁄2 in advance before services begin. Otherwise, payments are due upon Provider’s completion of the requested services. If Client fails to timely pay any balance due, Client shall pay a five percent late fee for each month payment is late. Client shall pay costs, attorney’s fees, and any other expenses incurred by Provider if collection litigation is initiated. Client will be notified in writing if service prices are to change.

    4. Client’s Responsibilities.  Client represents that they are the sole owner of thepets(s) subject to this Contract. All pick-ups and drop-offs must be scheduled with Provider. The boarding rates are based on nights stayed if picked up by noon. Drop-offs can be no later than 6:00 pm. For dogs and cats, Client warrants those pets subject to this Contract will remain current with rabies vaccinations during the duration of this Contract. For dogs, Client warrants those pets subject to this Contract require a negative annual fecal sample, are current on all core vaccines, and receive monthly parasite prevention during the duration of this Contract. If Client’s pet(s) cause any injury to other pets or damage beyond reasonable wear and tear, Client agrees to pay for costs of damage/injury.

    5.  Pet Safety.  Client authorizes Provider to use all means reasonably necessary in Provider’s sole discretion to keep Client’s pet(s) safe and healthy while providing services. Client acknowledges that rough play or activity beyond pets normal routine can potentially cause injuries. Provider will intervene as necessary to prevent issues. Provider is not a veterinary medicine establishment and does not practice veterinary medicine. In the event Provider deems veterinary treatment is necessary in Provider’s sole discretion, Client authorizes Provider to seek treatment from a veterinarian chosen by Provider. Client shall be responsible for any veterinarian bill. A pet unclaimed at Provider’s premises for ten days beyond its discharge date is considered abandoned and becomes the property of Provider.Provider will then have the right to rehome the pet. Provider is insured and will be responsible for any injury or damage caused by Provider’s dogs. However, notwithstanding the following, the aggregate liability of the Provider for its negligent acts, omissions and breach of the Contract with the Client shall not exceed the fee paid to the Provider for its services.

    6. Cancellation. Provider reserves the right to cancel pet services for any reason. Provider will assess a $30 cancellation fee for a cancellation made by Client fewer than 24 hours before the scheduled service. Provider will assess a $100 cancellation fee for a cancellation made by Client of a holiday stay or a stay over ten days when cancellation is made fewer than 72 hours before the scheduled services. 


    7.   Complete Agreement. The parties to this Contract agree that this Contract shall be enforceable under the laws of Ohio and that if legal action is necessary to enforce this Contract, exclusive venue shall lie in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. This Contract sets forth the entire agreement between the parties. By signing below, the Client acknowledges having read and understood this Contract. Client is satisfied with the terms and conditions contained in this Contract.
