The Artist acknowledges and agrees that the fee paid for the consultation with Grimandi Art Gallery is non-refundable. The fee can only be used towards any future services with Grimandi Gallery as a credit voucher. Furthermore, Grimandi Art Gallery makes no representations or promises, whether verbal or in writing, that the consultation will result in tangible benefits or results for the Artist.

The Artist confirms that they will not make any claims against Grimandi Art Gallery due to the consultation. If the Artist decides to take legal action against Grimandi Art Gallery, the Artist agrees that such action will only be brought in a court located in New York. The Artist further agrees to indemnify and hold Grimandi Art Gallery and Viviana Puello harmless from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the Artist’s use of the consultation services provided by Grimandi Art Gallery.
