This camp is run by Ian Cordwell, England Hockey Level 4 coach, previous Head Coach TBBHC Talent Academy, TBB Men’s 1st XI Coach and current University of Bath Head Performance Coach

Spotters High Performing Camp will run on 9 & 10 April 2026 and is suitable for ages 13/14 -17 (we are flexible based on playing level and ability).
This camp can assist players on the EHB Talent Academy player pathway and beyond.
Players will work in small groups to maximise coach engagement time, touches of the ball and playing time.
The aim of this double day HPC is to enhance understanding of XI game play and tactics, including highly skilled actions, decision making ability and formation/press structure.
Free performance analysis with video feedback.
Free S&C programme introduction included.
Players will need a hockey stick, shin pads and a gum shield to participate and any other protection that is preferred by the player.
video feedback will be utilised - please sign the code of conduct for accessing this when it is sent with the joining instructions.
We also cater for GKs providing specialist coaching as part of the programme and then providing a high level of competitive hockey for in goal experience.
Please bring a still drink and snacks/packed lunch.
Coaching will go ahead in most weathers so please come prepared to suit the weather at the time of the sessions booked.
Spotters Hockey HPC provides the perfect preparation for assessment at an EHB Talent Academy or future advancement on the EHB player pathway or any other Performance Environment.
