         I consent to allow The Art of Restoration to perform work on my submitted artworks. With this consent, I hold victimless The Art of Restoration and its employees while they conduct their work, as well as after it has been shipped from their studio, in the event of irrepperable damage, theft, or otherwise.

         I understand that if my piece(s) is/are to be graded after The Art of Restoration works on them, they will be blameless in the event that the grade is of lower value than expected. With my consent to alter the pieces, I take responsibility for the result.

         I understand that, when work is completed, I am required to pick up or receive my pieces in a timely manner. If I do not pick pick up my pieces, or I do not return communication for over one year since last contacted by The Art of Restoration, I rescind my rights to the piece(s), and allow The Art of Restoration to handle them as they see fit.
