  • Your Announcements

    If you have language drafted for the details of the event, please share it in the appropriate box. Note: Please be aware that we may edit submissions for clarity or brevity. The communications team will contact you if we need to make any significant changes and we may ask for revisions—especially if the announcement is missing pertinent details like, time, location, and contact. Any revisions asked of you will be due by the close of business on Monday. Revisions must be submitted as a new form and if the revisions are not received by the requested deadline, the communications team will revise the copy to fit the allotted space or cut the announcement entirely.
