By agreeing to this contract, you acknowledge that this is an at-will partnership serving the purpose of only marketing and promotion for the brand (Deeply Heard). The brand or the influencer (you) may choose to terminate partnership at any time. 

With this contract, you acknowledge that in order to receive compensation, your social media content must be approved by the Deeply Heard marketing team for use. Content should be original and include Deeply Heard merchandise. Content cannot include nudity or implied nudity. Any content created by influencer that is not approved or accepted by the marketing team will not be subjected to compensation or use by Deeply Heard. Influencer will not be compensated for any content that is posted prior to approval by marketing team.

As a brand influencer, you acknowledge that compensation (in addition to the value of merchandise) is as follows:

$30 for exclusive use of each approved photo or video
$20 for each approved photo or video that is posted by you

This means that in addition to being paid for each approved post, you are also being paid with merchandise value. Merchandise may range from $10-$100.

Posts that are approved will be paid for to the brand influencer through PayPal, Bank Transfer, Check or other preferred method as agreed to by both Deeply Heard and influencer.

Receipt of Deeply Heard merchandise does not require the influencer to return any items after partnership ends. Influencer may keep any merchandise sent to the influencer. 

Brand influencers must sign contract and complete a photo & video waiver release form prior to creating content.

I hereby grant the Deeply Heard permission to use photographs and/or videos in any of the following:  

  I hereby affirm that such release to Deeply Heard does not constitute any form of compensation (aside from the initial brand influencer contract for approved posts), including royalties arising from the photographs or videos, to my benefit. I understand and agree that photographs or videos in the possession of Deeply Heard shall become the property of Deeply Heard. The use and publication of the photographs however, shall conform to my rights as a subject of said photographs. I hereby waive my right to inspect or approve the photographs or videos by which my likeness appears. I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge the Deeply Heard from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.  

I declare true my age of consent and agree to the brand influencer contract & waiver release, as evidenced by the signature below:
