(Title Deed or Bond Statement, or Lease Agreement between you and the owner of the property agreeing for you to use the property for student accommodation, and or proof of stand from the chief.)
Building Floor Plans
(Please submit complete building floor plans with the correct erf number.)
Electrical and /or Gas compliance certificate
(Please submit complete Electrical and Gas compliance certificate.)
Certificate of Occupancy
(Provided that you cannot retrieve this document from the municipality, please request an email from them substantiating as to why you cannot retrieve this document.)
Lease Agreement sample
(This is the lease agreement you shall use with the students.)
Transportation License
(Transportation permit from the Licensing Department to transport students, or you may submit your transport contractor's certificate.)
Municipality Student Accommodation permit
(This is the permit granted by the Municipality according to the Municipal Bylaws)
Administration fee:
A non-refundable administration fee is payable per dwelling type.
