Yoga is Us is a 200-hour, interdisciplinary teacher training with a strong emphasis on ethics and civic action. Born after 13 years of teaching yoga to children in Charleston County Public Schools, this training is our response to a world out of balance.
Our work is in service to the community, and we aim to bring people together across lines of difference, diversify our teaching and practice community, and create networks of community care.
