Anything about you that I need to know! *Examples: "I have fainted while being tattooed." Skin conditions (Rashes, eczema, freckles, etc.) Allergic reactions (metals, inks, creams, latex, etc.). Take any blood thinning medications (anticoagulants such as warfarin, aspirin or immuno-suppressants). Are you pregnant nursing or have diabetes, epilepsy or any blood-related diseases.
