BAKER'S REQUIREMENTS

YOU MUST HAVE A STATE OF GEORGIA COTTAGE LICENSE OR APPLY FOR A GWINNETT COUNTY TEMPORARY FOOD PERMIT IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF AND SUBMIT A COPY OF YOUR DOCUMENTATION PRIOR TO THE SHOW AND HAVE A COPY WITH YOU DURING THE EVENT. THIS IS REQUIRED AS FOOD INSPECTORS WILL BE ON SITE AT THE SHOW.

SWAG BAG INCLUSION

If you are unable to attend this event, but would like to be represented; include your promotional marketing material and samples inside our swag bags that will be provided to guests as they enter the venue. ***Please note that we do not stuff bags. Bags will be available for stuffing only between the 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM the morning of the show. Unfortunately, you will not have access to the bags after 8:30:00 AM as we will be arranging the Swag Bag table for guests to arrive at 9:00 AM. Once you arrive to the venue, please ask a representative of our company for the location of the Swag Bag table.***

ELECTRICITY FEE

$25.00

To access electricity at the venue, there is a $25.00 electricity fee vendor. We do not provide extention cards and have a "limited number of spaces" near electrical outlets and will be determined based on availability. If you are in need of power, please include this fee in your grand total.

SPECIAL EVENT INSURANCE COVERAGE

$50.00

This coverage is available to all vendors for only $50.00. Life happens and have the assurance and coverage that helps protect your investment in the event of an unforeseen emergency due to whatever reason you are unable to attend a show such as an illness, family emergency, an accident or any other unexpected event. By purchasing this added coverage, it will ensure you a space at our next scheduled show and you will not lose your fees due to our "no refund policy." ***Please note that you will be provided with advance notice of our next event however, if we contact you and you are unable to attend, you will forfeit your full vendor fee including special event insurance fee.*** If you would like to purchase our special event insurance coverage, please include $50.00 to your grand total.

Masks are not required to participate however, we take the health and safety of all our vendors, sponsors, guests and employees very seriously. We ask that when interacting with others at the show that you practice social distancing and be as "contactless" as much as possible to lessen any spread.

Keep in mind that you will be interacting with multiple individuals who may or may not have been vaccinated. These simple acts will help to keep you, your family, friends and everyone you come in contact with safe.

The Georgia Peach State Trade Show and its parent company, The Georgia Peach State Bridal & Trade Show, LLC reserves the right to decline or prohibit any vendor, exhibitor or proposed exhibit not approved by it and to permit only such matter and conduct as it may approve. This reservation covers persons, things, conduct, printed matter, advertisements, souvenirs and emblems, and all else that affects the event. Vendor cooperatively agree to the use of their image, likeness and brand in any show photos, videos, social media post and other print or promotional marketing material. The vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the sponsoring and operating organization, The Georgia Peach State Bridal & Trade Show, LLC, its owners, officers, members, directors, volunteers and venues against any or all damages to property or personal injury and loss caused by the vendor or his agents, representatives, volunteers or any other person. Vendors and Sponsors are encouraged to be fully vaccinated and to wear a face covering or mask around all vendors and guests, however, this is not required and they will assume complete responsibility and liability in the event of contracting an illness from COVID-19 or any other variant. Injury to any and all persons or property or in any way connected with the vendor and sponsor's display or caused by the Exhibitor, sponsor, his agents, representatives, or volunteers will be the complete responsibility of the vendor, exhibitor and sponsor. Vendor and sponsorship fees are Non-Refundable. If Exhibitor cancels for whatever reason, we have a "no refund policy" and they will forfeit their vendor registration fee unless they have purchased our Special Event Insurance Coverage. In this case, vendor will be notified of our next scheduled show however, if vendor is not able to participate in our next show when announced, they will forfeit their full vendor fee along with the event insurance fee. If the event is postponed or cancelled for any reason outside of our control, we will honor the vendor, exhibitor and sponsor at a future show date up to (12-months, one year) from the original event date. During that time if a vendor, exhibitor or sponsor is contacted with a new show date and they are unable to participate for whatever reason, he/she will forfeit their full vendor registration fee. Our show also never guarantees vendors an expected number of sales, leads nor attendance as this is not our policy and it cannot be predetermined.

Do you have liability insurance? Yes or No. (NOT REQUIRED), but for vendors that will be serving food or beverage, it is required). YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A COPY PRIOR TO PARTICIPATING. Our goal is to provide an environment for startups and small businesses in the wedding industry to network and market their products and services to consumers throughout the metropolitan Atlanta area, North, South Georgia and beyond.

We book all vendors in accordance to our show policy which is on a first come, first serve basis based on catagory availabity.

Setting Up Late & Leaving Early:

***Vendors are asked to commit to the full 6-hours of the show. Vendors will not be allowed to setup after the designated setup time and are asked not to start packing up until the show ends. If you know that you will not be able to commit to this, you are encouraged not to apply!***
