    This form is for FLORIDA residents only. If you are not from Florida please return to the home page and select the correct form. 

  • Eligibility:

    • The Fish Art Contest is free and open to all persons in grades K-12 (aged 5-18 years old).
    • Only one entry is allowed per person, previous entries are not eligible.An entry consists of an entry form, artwork, and creative writing submission (writing required for grades US participants 4th-12th grade)
    • The art must include one or more of the following Florida native species from the same category:
      o Category 1 - Freshwater: Largemouth Bass, Striped Bass, Black Crappie, Bluegill, Redear Sunfish, Spotted Sunfish, Channel Catfish, Florida Gar, Chain Pickerel, Bowfin
      o Category 2 - Saltwater: Snook, Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Flounder, Tarpon, Mahi-Mahi, Spanish Mackerel, Hogfish, Queen Snapper, Black Grouper
    • Entries must abide by the guidelines and be submitted by Tuesday February 28th, 2023
