Once you submit, please print the attachment and include it with your equipment to Morgan Industrial Technology!

We recommend all power supplies or any shipment over 75lbs be shipped freight.

Morgan Industrial Technology extends the use of our reduced rates for freight shipments, via our third-party service, LogEx. Instructions will be attached with your email confirmation.

This is a third-party service—all correspondence regarding shipment and billing charges will be processed by LogEx.
