Calibration & General Maintenance:

For calibration and general maintenance, you will be notified of any recommended repairs.

Repair:

Your equipment is not working properly, please include a brief description of issue in the "Notes to Tech".

Formal Evaluation:

Please use this option only if you need an estimate prior to proceeding with a repair. No repair will be completed until approval is given. There will be additional charges and extended repair time.

 Once you submit, please print the attachment and include with your equipment to MIT!

MIT recommends all power supplies or any shipment over 75lbs be shipped freight.

MIT extends the use of our reduced rates for freight shipments, via our third-party service, LogEx.
