Registration Form

If one of your children has done one of the Kindermusik programs and you wish to use their materials with your next child, you will only have to pay $79 for a Sibling Package.

Lesson schedule: Lessons are offered Monday through Friday. (Occasionally Kindermusik classes are scheduled on Saturday.)

Academic Year: The studio school year runs perpetually from September to June. The studio schedule will run in conjunction with School systems’ Christmas Holidays and Spring Break. Lessons do
run as normal on Pro-D days; they are not taken out of your calendar

Perpetual Enrolment: Our studio runs on perpetual enrolment; this means once enrolled with our studio, you will continue to be enrolled (year after year) until you choose to withdraw.

Holiday Mondays: Lessons WILL NOT run-on holiday Mondays. *Excluding Pro-D days (non-instructional days) *

Missed Lesson Policy: Due to the busy studio schedule there will be no make-up lessons for student cancellations. Simply Music is not responsible for classes missed by a student or parent. If there
happens to be extra age-appropriate classes running, it may be an option to do makeup classes in another applicable class. This will need to be approved by management or front desk staff due to
class sizes.

Termination: A full 2 month’s withdrawal notice is required for lesson termination. The 2 month’s withdrawal notice is calculated from the beginning of the month following the month the notice is
given. Payments received will be reimbursed after sufficient termination notice has been given. A withdrawal form can be obtained by the downstairs staff. To ensure there are no errors with all
departments, this form has to be filled out and turned in, faxed, or emailed in order for the withdrawal to be processed. No phone withdrawal is accepted

Overdue Fees: Fees that are outstanding for over 30 days will be required to be paid in full before the next scheduled lesson or the studio will have the right to refuse lessons to the student whose
payment is overdue, unless previous arrangements have been made. A $25.00 service charge will be automatically applied to all NSF cheques and any Declined Credit Card Charges for every month payment is declined.

Method of Payment: There are 3 payments options available.

~Equal monthly payments- 10 posted dated cheques or pre-authorized credit card payments or Visa-debit card remitted on or before the 1st day of lessons. If you choose this option, you pay the same amount every month. This method has nothing to do with the number of lessons in a month because it is a payment option for convenience of your budgeting.

~Semi Annually- 2 cheques remitted at the beginning of lessons, one (1) dated for the first day of lessons and the other postdated for February 1.

~Semi-Annually - (Option 2) Credit card or Visa-debit card charged on the first day of lessons and second (2nd) credit card or Visa-debit card payment pre-authorized for February 1st.

~Annually- One payment made at the beginning of lessons by cheque or cash or credit card or Visa-debit card. We must insist that all lessons for the year must be paid in full before the lessons commence with an annual payment or a form of payment on file. Lessons will be refused if there is no payment method on file unless prior arrangements have been made.

A yearly $25.00 family registration fee will be applied upon enrollment and again every mid-June for the perpetual music year- thereafter, until withdrawn from lessons.

Credited: If during a unit change you previously own sibling materials, you will be credited the difference. If paying monthly by credit card or Visa-debit card, your credit card charges will be adjusted accordingly.

Special payment notice. Due to all the extra expenses for everyone in September, September’s payment (first payment of the school year) will be put through on August 15. If you start part way through the year this does not apply to you, but payment is due is when you register.

Please Note: If groups become mismatched as the year progresses or your child becomes of age to move into the next development appropriate class, some rescheduling may become necessary to ensure the student is in the best learning environment.

Please Note: If student starts late into Young Child Year 1 or 2 some catch up private or semi-private lessons may result, lesson fees will change accordingly. Extra fee will be applied to Students who start Young Child 2 without first completing Young Child 1, due to requirement of purchasing Young Child 1 materials.
