Method of Payment: There are 3 payment options available.
~Equal monthly payments- 10 postdated cheques or pre-authorized credit card or Visa-debit card payments remitted on or before the 1st day of lessons. If you choose this option, you pay the same amount every month. This method has nothing to do with the amount of lesson in a month because it is a payment option for convenience of your budget. If the student starts later in the year, the same payments apply.
~Semi-Annually- 2 cheques remitted at the beginning of lessons, one (1) dated for the first day of lessons and the other postdated for February 1.
~Semi-Annually- (Option 2); Credit card or Visa-debit card charged on the first day of lessons and second (2nd) credit card payment pre-authorized for February 1. If you wish to pay in debit you must pay before the first day of lessons and before February 1, but you will still need to have a credit card or Visa-debit card on file. You can also write a postdated cheque and receive it back if you choose to pay with debit instead.
~Annually- one payment made at the beginning of lessons by cheque or cash, credit card, or debit. We must insist that all lessons for the year must be paid in full before the lessons commence. Lessons will be refused if there is no payment method on file.
A yearly $25.00 family registration fee will be applied upon enrollment and again every June for the perpetual music year there- after, until withdrawn from lessons. This is non-refundable.
*Special payment notice. Due to all the extra expenses for everyone in September, September’s payment (first payment of the school year) will be put through on the week following August 15. If you start part way through the year this does not apply to you, however, payment is due is when you register.
Please be aware if we are holding a spot with a teacher to start at a later date, the above termination policy applies even if the enrollment is cancelled before beginning lessons 1week or less.
