13th Annual Christ the King Academy Golf Classic & Fundraiser

Dear Friends of Christ the King Academy,

The date of the 13th Annual Christ the King Academy Golf Classic and Fundraiser has been set and is in the process of being planned and promoted. You are cordially invited to participate in this event by golfing, sponsoring, donating silent auction/raffle items or offering to help plan, promote, and work the day of the event. Your involvement in any of these ways will be an incredible blessing to Christ the King Academy. EVERYONE is encouraged to participate in Christ the King Academy's largest fundraising event of the year.

What follows is a bit more information about the event and details on how you can participate as an individual or an organization.

ABOUT CHRIST THE KING ACADEMY

In the fall of 2025, Christ the King Academy will begin its 18th year of operation, offering Christian education and childcare to Palm Coast and Flagler County for children age 1 through grade 8. The Christian core values of empathy, integrity, personal responsibility, perseverance, and love & respect along with the success skills of critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication are encouraged and further developed in partnership with families in a safe and loving Christian environment.

THE CTK GOLF CLASSIC AND FUNDRAISER

On Saturday, September 27, 2025, the Christ the King Academy Golf Classic & Fundraiser will take place at the Conservatory at Hammock Beach in Palm Coast with a 1pm Shotgun Start. Proceeds from this event provide financial resources for Chromebooks, Picnic Tables for the Pavilion, Library Books, and Music Program Upgrades. Additional funds raised will be allocated to other campus and academy program improvements.

In the 12 previous Golf Classic events, over $200,000 has been raised to support on-campus projects such as enhanced student technology, development of a grass play area and sports field, and the installation of a sunshade over the playground area. We are praying this year’s event continues to be a blessing to our students and the entire campus family.

Golf Teams or individuals should be signed up and paid for by August 15, 2025 to ensure placement in the tournament. The number of golfers is limited to 100. Last year’s event sold out a month ahead of the tournament.

Single Player - $150
Includes greens fees & cart

Team (Foursome) - $600
If you are registering with less than four players, you will be paired with other tournament participants.

Player Mulligans - 2 for $25 - Two Mulligans may only be purchased online during registration. Each team is limited to eight Mulligans.

Each registered golfer will receive the following:
- A golf cart gift bag including a tee gift, tees, and sleeve of golf balls
- Two (2) beverage tickets
- A Box Lunch & Snacks
Raffle
- There will be a number of raffle items on the day of the event.
- Tickets - $5.00 each or 5 for $20 - Cash or Credit Card purchase on the day of the event
If you are registering a foursome please list BOTH the first and last names of all the golfers on your team.

- Gold Sponsor - $1,000 - UPDATE: We have a full tournament field as of 8/20/25. We are no longer able to provide tournament teams with your sponsorship. Your sponsorship will still be able to include a tee sponsorship, and logo promotions. Gold Sponsors’ names will appear on all promotional materials leading up to the day of the event and at the event itself. After the event, a sponsorship banner will be displayed at Christ the King Academy.
- Purple Sponsor - $500 - This is for advertising-only, non-golfing sponsors and includes a tee sponsorship. Purple Sponsors’ names will appear on all promotional materials leading up to the day of the event and at the event itself. After the event, a sponsorship banner will be displayed at Christ the King Academy.
All sponsors are asked to send a digital image (jpeg or png) of your organization's logo to be used on a banner which will be displayed at Christ the King Academy and at the Conservatory on the day of the event.
