Add sizes from "Your Team Roster" Form above and enter the totals. DO NOT DOUBLE THIS NUMBER unless you are ordering 2 shirts for each player. If you order 20 training tops, you will be charged 20 X $15 = $300. NOTE: Be sure to enter "0" (zero) for any size in which you will order zero of that size. WHY ORDER ADDITIONAL TRAINING TOPS? Some teams train 3X weekly, so this might help with laundry. Some teams prefer an alternative color. These are NOT required. * Reminder if you do not order RED TRAINING TOPS to enter "0" in each box below for QTY.

Players who order uniforms will receive two light blue training tops with their uniform kit. Do not include those training tops in this order.
