Thank you for submitting a request to be tattooed, by COLEYMAKESART, at Tiny Tats ATX.

I am currently focusing, on fine line tattooing, specializing in flora, fauna, and botanical pieces in black with grey shading.

On-going, or new, Sleeve body art projects will be a priority.

Fine line lettering, will not be selected, unless an addition, to another booking request.

NO FINE LINE LETTERING, ONLY REQUESTS WILL BE APPROVED.

Should you be selected, your will get approval notifcation, via jotform and an email response to this submission form. This email, will include a booking link (with specific instructions, based on your design), to select your appointment date and time, and place a non-refundable drawing/appt. deposit.

This drawing and deposit fee, will be applied to the overall total of your day of tattoo appointment. Cancelled and rescheduled appointments, by the client, must be made, 48 hours prior to the scheduled appt time, to not forfeit, the deposit amount.
