Fees
The fees for your sessions will be covered by your DVA card. Services outside of your regular sessions will be billed according to the type of service required and the length of time needed to complete them.
Confirmation of your Appointment
To help us better plan for your care, you will receive a text message the morning before your scheduled appointment, or on Friday for a Monday appointment, requesting confirmation of your attendance. We kindly ask that you respond to this message, as your confirmation allows us to organize our day efficiently.
Please note that late cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on our practice. We understand that circumstances can change, and we kindly ask for more than 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. This courtesy not only helps our clinicians but also allows us to offer the appointment to other clients on our waitlist. As a reminder, DVA does not cover the costs for late cancellations or no-shows.
Should you need assistance with rescheduling or have any other inquiries, our office is available during normal business hours at 1300 564 161. Our practice administration team is always happy to help, and you can leave a voicemail outside of these hours.
