  • PLEASE NOTE

    1. All relevant fields must be completed
    2.  Unauthorized signatures will NOT be accepted.
    3. Access is reviewed annually and will be granted in accordance with the user’s role. A motivation must be completed should additional access be required.
    4. Add full name and surname as per the HR System
    5. Access is strictly granted to staff members only.
    6. Incomplete or incorrectly completed user access forms will not be processed.
    7. For those who missed the deadline (30 September 2025). Please take note that reactivating your MAS/SASI accounts may take up to 5 working days

    • The "Existing Account" is for users that previous had a MAS/SASI Account.
