All tenants, residents, vehicles, and pets must be registered with 444 Nahua Building Management, Located in the Building Manager's office on the 2nd Floor. You agree and understand that you must follow the house rules. You also understand that this is a NON-SMOKING-VAPING building with exception to the designated smoking area located on the ground floor, beside the loading zone on the Nahua Side of the building.
Your vehicle may be fined and/or towed if not parked in its assigned parking stall. The max speed in the parking structure is 5 mph, if you are noted to be exceeding this speed you may be fined and/or loose your access and parking privileges to onsite parking.
All Unit Owners must be registered with 444 Nahua Building Management, Located in the Building Manager's office on the 2nd Floor. Each Unit was issued a maximum of four FOBS, if one is needed to be replaced there a charge of $50 per FOB, payable immediatly to 444 Nahua Building Manager. If you wish for a phone number to be entered into the Buililding Entercom to be used for remote access for opening the door, then there is a $10 programming fee for each change.
