CazArts Class Payment

This form will allow you to pay using a major credit card or PayPal. Payment is expected upon receipt of the payment request. You will be able to pay for multiple registered participants and/or classes all at once.
ALTERNATIVELY, checks can be mailed to CazArts, PO Box 203, Cazenovia, NY 13035. Make checks payable to CazArts. Please click here to notify CazArts if you will be paying via check. Checks must be mailed at least one week before class starts.

NOTE: For FREE classes or if requesting SCHOLARSHIP funding, there is no need to complete this payment form and if you have already registered, your space in the class is already reserved.

- We cannot issue a refund unless we can fill your slot.
- We cannot issue a refund if a student misses any session of a multiday class.
- If any sessions are cancelled by the instructor, we will either issue a refund or reschedule the cancelled session.
- If the course is completely cancelled for any reason, you will be issued a full refund.
