Make a Memory Lab Appointment
Appointments are required in order to use the Memory Lab outside of walk-in hours and each appointment is two hours long. Fill out the form below and click "submit" to reserve your appointment.

Conditions of use:
1. All Memory Lab users must read, sign, and submit a Memory Lab Release Form to Centre County Library & Historical Museum before using the Memory Lab for the first time.
2. Users may only convert media that they own or have created, such as home movies and old photographs. Content that is copyrighted, such as major motion pictures, is not permitted to be converted.
3. Users must bring a storage device to take their converted media home with them. Centre County Library & Historical Museum will not provide USB drives or other storage devices for patron use, and media cannot be stored on the Memory Lab computer after your appointment.
