ALL APPLICATIONS APPROVED FOR CREDIT ARE GOVERNED BY THE FOLLOWING:

1) Terms are NET 30
2) All goods are shipped FOB WDM INC.’s Monroe NC warehouse
3) All accounts will be on prepayment status until credit has been approved and a credit limit established.
4) If an account is in excess of thirty days past due, future orders may be placed on hold or on prepayment status until the account is current. This is applicable even if the account is within credit limit established.
5) Advance notice by certified letter with return receipt will be given to WDM INC. of any change in the business structure, such as incorporation, change of ownership, etc. If such notice is not given, the original principals to whom credit was extended shall remain liable.
6) The entity to whom credit is extended shall pay all cost and attorneys’ fees incurred by WDM INC. in the collection of indebtedness owed by said entity.
7) In the event that bringing suit is necessary to collect balances due, venue rests in Monroe, NC.
8) The preceding credit policies are subject to change at the discretion of the credit department. Upon acceptance of this application and the extension of credit, the applicant agrees to abide by the policies of WDM INC.
