- You may select an additional date for us to consider if your 1st selection above is unavailable.
- If you would like to be considered for multiple dates please submit a separate form for each date you would like to schedule boarding services.
- Below you can find an example of how we use the dates for scheduling:

  In case my first selection is unavailable, I want to be considered for my second selection(alternate date):
  Alternate Drop-off: May 14, 2023
  Alternate Pick-up: May 18, 2023
  
  If there is no availability for my first selection I will automatically be considered for my second selection.
  
  If my alternate date selection is available I will be scheduled for my second date.
  
  If my first selection is available, my second selection (alternate date) will not be taken into consideration.
